Housing & Emergency Financial Case Manager (HIV Services)

Harbor Health Services in Boston is seeking a Housing and Emergency Financial Assistance Case Manager to support HIV/AIDS clients through housing stability and emergency financial help within the Ryan White Programs. You will collaborate with social workers, medical case management, and community partners to coordinate services and advocate for affordable housing.
