Data Entry Specialist - JuniorLocation: Marlborough, MAOnsite Flexibility: HybridContract DetailsPosition Type: ContractContract Duration: 2 monthsPay Rate: $21.00 / Hour (USD)Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.Key ResponsibilitiesReview records in the new system to identify missing documents, incomplete information, and data quality issues.Compare migrated records against source data in legacy systems to validate completeness and accuracy.Locate missing documents in legacy repositories and upload them to the appropriate records in the new system.Verify that document metadata accurately reflects the associated attachments and business records.Correct metadata discrepancies, including document titles, categories, dates, ownership, and other key attributes.Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure uploaded documents are correctly linked and accessible.Track and document data quality findings, remediation activities, and completion status.Escalate complex issues, system defects, or unresolved data discrepancies to project leads and system administrators.Required Experience1–5 years of experience in data quality, document management, records management, content migration, or related administrative support roles.Experience reviewing and validating large volumes of data and documents with a high degree of accuracy.Experience working with enterprise applications, databases, document repositories, or content management systems.Nice-to-Have ExperienceExperience working with contract records, contract repositories, or records management processes.Experience using the following systems: Sievo and GEP Quantum.Required SkillsStrong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies across systems and records.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.MS Office Suite applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word; basic level).BenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundImportant NotesInterview process: Hiring manager and one additional interviewer; duration to be determined.About the ClientThis Fortune 100 global retail organization is the world's leading off-price apparel and home fashions company, operating more than 5,200 stores across ten countries under iconic brands across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
