About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Timekeeping Implementation Coordinator to support a large-scale workforce management system migration. This role will play a critical part in transitioning employee timekeeping data from Swipeclock to Prism while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless user experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HRIS, workforce management systems, payroll operations, data migration, implementation projects, or system administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the migration of employee timekeeping records from Swipeclock to Prism.
• Create, configure, and validate employee accounts within the new system.
• Transfer and audit employee data, including:
  
  • Employee profiles
  • Pay cycles
  • Timecard approvers
  • Organizational structures
  • Workforce management settings
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance throughout the migration process.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies prior to system go-live.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations, IT, and Compliance teams.
• Document migration processes and maintain project tracking records.
• Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Assist with post-implementation audits and compliance reviews.
• Support workforce management initiatives related to overtime and payroll policy changes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting system implementations, HRIS projects, payroll systems, workforce management platforms, or data migrations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
• Experience setting up user accounts, approval workflows, or employee records within enterprise systems.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data validation, and reporting.
• Understanding of payroll, timekeeping, workforce management, or compliance processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Workforce Management (WFM) system implementation experience.
• Payroll system conversion or HRIS migration experience.
• Experience with Swipeclock, Prism, UKG, ADP, Workday, Kronos, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of overtime compliance, mileage policies, and timekeeping regulations.
• Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews.
