This is a sales-first leadership role for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is motivated by results. You'll work closely with the General Manager and ownership to drive membership growth, follow up with leads, create an exceptional experience for prospective and current athletes, and help build a high-performing sales culture.
