Project Manager

The Project Manager (PM) owns project delivery from kickoff through closeout. You'll maintain client relationships, translate design intent for the design and production teams, set up fabrication for success through clear communication and timely procurement, and manage the administrative side of each project. On average, our PMs are accountable for roughly $3.3M in concurrent project value, making sound budget, schedule, and quality decisions central to the role. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining relationships and communicating project status Lead client-driven design reviews and coordination meetings, translating design intent for internal teams Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; track costs, forecast, and protect margin Troubleshoot conflicts or missing information and manage project risk as it arises Procure project materials - obtain quotes, issue work orders, and track buyout status so materials arrive ahead of production need Manage administrative processes including documentation, RFI/change-order review, billing milestones, and project closeout What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree 5+ years of experience in construction, modular construction, manufacturing, project management, or operations Demonstrated experience in project delivery, scheduling, budgeting, procurement coordination, client management, and risk/change management OSHA 30 preferred; CMIT or related construction/safety certifications a plus This position is based in our Louisville, Kentucky office, with occasional travel to client and vendor locations across North America. Team & Growth This role plans and directs the work of others across project execution.
