Job Summary:
We re looking for an experienced NPI Manufacturing Engineer to support the introduction of new electromechanical products into a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Support NPI, manufacturing process development, characterization, and optimization
Develop and validate manufacturing and test processes
Execute IQ/OQ/PQ and Test Method Validation (TMV) activities
Perform DOE, FMEA, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
Support equipment qualification and manufacturing readiness
Collaborate with Design, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing teams
Drive continuous improvement and process robustness
Requirements :
5+ years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
Experience with electromechanical systems and manufacturing process development
Hands-on experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, TMV, DOE, and FMEA
Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics
Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical test equipment
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
Preferred :
Medical device or other regulated manufacturing experience
SPC, Lean/Six Sigma, and continuous improvement experience
PLM, ERP, or MES experience
Python or other automation/scripting experience
