What You'll Be Doing:

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing work orders, coordinating special projects, and ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks at our community. You'll also assist with vendor coordination and collaborate with leadership to improve property operations.

Compensation and Incentives

Excellent Base Pay: $29.00 - $30.00/hour

20% Rent Discount

Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

Your Essential Responsibilities:

Inventory & Vendor Coordination

Assist with scheduling contractors for capital projects and obtaining quotes

Capital Project Assistance

Schedule and track special projects and make-readies

Assist with inspections, including fire and DCA tours, and property curb appeal initiatives

What We'll Expect from You:

2-5 years of related experience or training

Customer service and coordination experience

Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting tools

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

If you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
