Field Service EngineerEntegris is currently seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Services team onsite at our customer location in Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking a motivated, entry-level Field Service Engineer to support our Microenvironments product line, including FOUPs, FOSBs, and reticle handling pods, at leading semiconductor customer sites. In this role, you will serve as a key on-site technical resource, ensuring product performance and quality while working directly with customers in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support service activities, respond to quality alerts, perform component replacements, and proactively identify risks that could impact customer production.What You'll DoProvide on-site support for FOUP, FOSB, and reticle pod systems within customer fabsComplete incoming inspections of reticle carriers when received at the customerRespond to quality alerts, field issues, and rework activities with urgency and precisionInspect, diagnose, and replace components to maintain product performance and reliabilityGenerate and deliver detailed service reports and documentation to customersCommunicate directly with customer engineering and operations teams regarding findings and corrective actionsAssist in coordinating possible returns to an Entegris site for rework or investigationCollaborate with cross-functional teams and external tool vendors to investigate issues and support root cause analysisEnsure strict adherence to cleanroom protocols and quality standardsWhat We SeekAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fieldStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify defectsStrong communication skills with customer-facing capabilityAbility to interpret technical data and make quality decisionsWillingness to travel approximately 10% domesticallyPreferred Qualifications:Experience in a manufacturing or production environmentCleanroom experience highly preferredFamiliarity with semiconductor processes or precision mechanical systemsWork EnvironmentWork is performed at semiconductor customer sites in cleanroom environments requiring PPE and adherence to strict contamination protocols.
