If that sounds like you, then keep reading because OTF is looking for energetic and knowledgeable Fitness Coaches to lead our coach‑inspired, science‑backed and technology‑tracked workouts. Compensation & Perks Coaches are paid based on 50‑90 minute class size. Class rates range from a minimum of $20 to a maximum of $65. A raise is offered after the first 90 days upon passing an Elite Coach evaluation. Position Overview We are looking for coaches who can make our members feel seen, and that they’re an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after they’ve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout. Responsibilities Leading and motivating members through pre‑defined workouts Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals Offering form corrections and exercise options to ensure safety Understanding the science behind our workouts, specifically heart‑rate focused training, and educating members on its benefits Knowledge of every piece of equipment and ability to demonstrate usage in every workout Maintaining a positive attitude and being a team player Qualifications AED/CPR certified Current fitness certification approved by Orangetheory Fitness (e.g., ACE, CrossFit, RSPCA, etc.) Passion for health and fitness, strong communication skills, and ability to inspire others #J-18808-Ljbffr Orangetheory - Franchise #0279
