Collections Specialist *Hybrid - Dallas*

Client Accounts Specialist Our client is seeking a Client Accounts Specialist to act as a liaison with clients, resolving client non‑payment issues to improve collection realization. They will also work with internal teams, attorneys, and assistants. Compensation: $25-$28 hourly Location: Dallas, TX (75201) – 3 days/week on-site, 2 remote Must‑Haves 2-5 years in Collections Proficient with Accounting functions Knowledge of collection strategies and financial reconciliation processes Versed in MS Office Strong/Collaborative personality (represent the company well to clients) Nice‑to‑Haves Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Business discipline Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables) Legal eBilling platforms (BillBlast or other) 1-2 years specifically as a Client Accounts Rep in a legal setting B2B or C2C Collections Responsibilities Respond to collection-related requests quickly, effectively, and accurately. Manage assigned attorneys' inventory, specifically monitoring and resolving aged invoices, credit balances, and aged unbilled work. Handle all aspects of attorney and client outreach (via e‑mail, phone, and/or mail) to resolve non‑payment issues. Communicate and report to leadership on delinquent collections and at risk inventory. Partner with the Billing team to resolve auditing issues, reconciliation issues, and elevate concerns as needed. Assist with the training of new team members.
