Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join a growing General Contractor. This individual will oversee all on-site construction activities and play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on construction professional with strong leadership abilities, experience managing field operations, and a commitment to maintaining quality standards throughout all phases of construction. Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently Coordinate project schedules, inspections, deliveries, and manpower on-site Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA and company compliance standards Requirements 3+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor Experience with tenant improvements, remodels, renovations, and/or ground‑up construction preferred Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain aggressive project schedules Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety procedures, and quality control Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Professional Search Advisors
