Registered Nurse - Hospice Care

DAYS: Monday to Friday, with some weekend coverage.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Care team. This role is integral to delivering personalized, one-on-one end-of-life care in the comforting environment of patients' homes.

Provide compassionate end-of-life care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients and their families.

Deliver expert pain and symptom management, offering comfort and support during challenging times.

Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, local physicians, and community providers to optimize the quality of life for patients.

• OASIS experience is a must.
• Home health experience is required.
• Active RN license.

This is a 13-week contract position.
