Grounds Maintenance Event Staff - Chicagoland Speedway

CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY Chicagoland Speedway is a 1.5-mile oval located in Joliet, Ill., approximately 30 miles south of downtown Chicago on Old Historic Route 66. On July 3-5, 2026, NASCAR will make its much-anticipated return to Chicagoland Speedway for three days of racing action. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain landscaped areas as required to achieve desired results in the overall appearance of the facility. Regular tasks include mowing, edging and weeding. Clean grounds, including but not limited to removal of trash and litter. Operate equipment of all types as directed and maintain equipment necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the facility. Other duties as assigned. Other Skills, Abilities and/or Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Valid Driver’s License. Successfully pass a driving record check. Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods of time.
