The Opportunity: Press Brake Operator The Press Brake Operator is responsible for the set-up, adjustment, and operation of our press brake machines to perform a wide variety of prototype jobs, short run parts, and long run parts. The operator will need to inspect parts and make adjustments to ensure adherence to quality standards. May also be asked to help in other areas such as: machining, pemming, laser/deburring. Essential Functions: Set up, run, and adjust machines to ensure quality parts Read blueprints and apply knowledge of GD&T principles. Works independently and with team members to help get difficult jobs done. Able to float and help in different sheet metal departments as needed. The wage range for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, as well as other business and organizational requirements.
