Job Title: Buyer/Procurement
Location: Lexington, KY Pay: $20-24hr Clearance: Secret

Position Summary:
This Position requires the following specific technical and professional background: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1years' experience in a similar field. This is a long term contract opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develops subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services
- Prepares bid packages, conducts bidders' conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, writes awards, and administers resulting subcontracts.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 1 years of similar experience or Excel experience
- Secret clearance
