Engineering Drafter

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $60,000.00 Annually Drafter The Drafter is responsible for working with our team of engineers to convert designs and customer requirements into technical plans; developing drawings/models, specifications, and material requirements of the production of current and future product lines. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate with Engineers and Salespersons to gather product requirements and designs. Develop Bills of Material (BOM) calculating dimensions and requirements in materials. Create detailed designs with CAD (computer-aided design) software. Prepare and review rough sketches, present and review with the Engineering Team. Ensure final designs comply with the regulation and quality standards. Develop work instructions to document proper production procedures. Create manuals that describe existing products operations, features, and maintenance. Requirements & Experience: Hands-on experience with 2D & 3D CAD software; Solidworks and AutoCAD/Draftsight. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing activities. Experience as an Engineer, Estimator, Drafter or similar. Detail oriented, work efficiently within deadlines in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bomar, Inc.
