Construction Quality Engineer

Our client, Construction / Engineering Services is seeking a Construction Quality Engineer to join their team. As a Construction Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Project Management and Construction Quality team supporting Project Managers, Engineers, and Construction Contractors. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Construction Quality Engineer Location: St. Louis, MO (On-site) Pay Range: $55 – $60/hr What’s the Job? Develop and implement QA/QC plans for assigned construction projects Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction sites to ensure compliance with design, codes, and specifications Review and approve quality control documentation, including test plans, inspection reports, and material submittals Collaborate with project teams and contractors to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Prepare and maintain quality records, reports, and project documentation for stakeholders What’s Needed? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred Industrial or Mechanical), Construction Management, or related field 10+ years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, standards, and regulations Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and models Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and strong analytical skills What’s in it for me?
