Program Controls Specialist I

Are you ready to help us make the future? Join a team of Program Control Specialists that provide program analysis, process improvement, and metrics for Honeywell. You will partner with an Integrated Program Team (IPT), assisting them in developing program plans and analyzing data to help make informed and strategic decisions, using data and reports. You will gain insights and experience with other Program Control Specialists responsibilities such as assigning resources/budgets to work scope and earned value methods. Annual base salary range for this position is $65,900.00-$82,300.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Responsibilities Supports program launch and program execution Supports development of program plans Prepare and publish metrics and reports Track budget and program financial data Track milestones and identify root cause Analyze program performance metrics Analyze cost and schedule integration Develop EVM (Earned Value Management) knowledge and apply to program Supports program teams and stakeholders Supports organizational feedback for utilized tools and process efficiencies Complete required certification and application training High attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Degree in Business, Math, Finance or Economics or related field. Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience Ability to work in a large and diverse team in a matrix-work environment. User experience of SAP system. User experience of Microsoft Project Experience with financial data compilation, analysis and metrics management. Experience in usage of Earned Value metrics, managing budgets and milestone fidelity. Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
