As a Product Manager II at VinSolutions, you will provide product leadership in a strategically significant domain within our CRM platform. This role will contribute to a variety of initiatives that align with our evolving business priorities and customer needs.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, UX, Engineering, Architecture, and Solution Delivery to drive product strategy, execution, and alignment across the organization. Your ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, is essential to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating high-level strategy into actionable plans. You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative research to inform product decisions, and work iteratively to deliver tangible value. The ideal candidate brings a balance of humility, curiosity, and strong influencing skills to foster collaboration and drive a shared vision for the future of our platform.

Who You Are

You know how to foster collaboration and lead a team through changing priorities and feedback. Here's what else you bring to the table:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 14 years' experience in a related field

• A broad understanding of business, product performance and industry principles, practices and procedures

• Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodology

• Hands-on experience with the design, development and implementation of product plans, creating epics and features, identifying KPIs and conducting competitive research and analysis

• Experience working cross-functionally with a variety of different domains, including engineering, finance and business development

• A basic understanding of engineering architecture with experience working with engineering teams to deliver products

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for different types of audiences

• This person must be comfortable navigating ambiguity, taking initiative, and pushing through uncertainty with resilience
