You’ll collaborate closely with education professionals, students, and their families, serving as a crucial support system. With immediate openings available, positions run full-time, Monday through Friday, until June 2027. Caseloads are tailored across three roles: supporting K-4, K-2, or K-12, with a unique blend of emotional support (ES) and academic support (AS) students.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid, active School Social Worker license (required—must be specific to schools, not a general social work credential)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field
• Previous school social work experience preferred
• Strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of the needs and challenges within K-12 educational settings
• Ability to work full-time hours (35-37.5 per week) for the duration of the contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work support to students, including counseling, crisis intervention, and resource connection
• Develop and implement intervention strategies in collaboration with educators and parents
• Maintain detailed, confidential case documentation
• Act as a liaison among students, families, teachers, and external agencies
• Assist in the development of programs promoting social-emotional well-being and positive school climate
