* Answer inbound calls from customers regarding account information and services
* Assist potential customers with applications and process payments via phone
* Document customer concerns, update account details, and perform data entry
* Handle account maintenance including changes, adjustments, and statement requests
* Explain terms, conditions, and policies clearly to customers
* Prepare daily activity and cash-out reports
* Proactively address customer requests with professionalism
