You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions.And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites. The Work: Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs Check business requirements to find configuration solutions Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements Here’s What You Need: Minimum 4 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent industry experience Minimum 3 years of Employee Central Payroll experience Experience with a minimum of1 full life-cycle SAP Payroll Cloud implementation Minimum of 1 year experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model Certified in EC Payroll applications, and Payroll module. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience) Bonus points if: You’ve got external consulting experience You’ve got experience with SuccessFactors integration to Payroll You have a strong understanding of benefits processes and interfaces Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
