This Position is located in Conover, NC.## ## **What You Will Do*** Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanning equipment, ensuring safety and timeliness.* Be proficient in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to follow established procedures.* Review and complete orders according to established guidelines. Retrieve merchandise from bins or shelves.* Read order forms to confirm the numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.* Inspect inventory items for defects before preparing them for shipment. Transport materials to departments using hand trucks, carts, pallet jacks, lift equipment, or conveyors.* Place merchandise in totes, shipper cartons, carts, or pallets to be processed in packing or wrapping stations before being loaded onto shipping trucks or containers.* Perform additional duties as assigned.## **Who You Are*** Must be able to read, write and speak English; required for the safe and effective performance of the job.* Prior warehouse forklift experience is preferred.* Basic math aptitude.* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.* Ability to perform heavy and repetitive lifting, with up to 60 pounds required.* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.## **What We Can Offer You**Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-Being, provides meaning to everything we do.
