Total Compensation range: $500k-$550k Exceptional Oncology Opportunity with $550,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential An established physician-led cancer care practice in the Hudson Valley is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Hematologist-Oncologist to join its growing team. Position Highlights Competitive salary of $550,000 Additional productivity and performance bonus opportunities Full benefits package and retirement plan Established patient panel and referral network Physician-led, collaborative practice environment Modern outpatient oncology setting Access to advanced treatment modalities and clinical research opportunities Dedicated support staff and multidisciplinary care team Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based medicine and current oncology guidelines Provide ongoing management for patients undergoing cancer treatment and survivorship care Review laboratory findings, pathology reports, diagnostic imaging, and molecular testing results Collaborate with specialists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, and primary care providers to coordinate comprehensive care Participate in treatment planning discussions and multidisciplinary case reviews Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and supportive care resources Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in occasional hospital-based patient management as needed Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology Eligible for unrestricted New York medical licensure Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence Excellent communication and collaboration skills Why Join Us?
