Major plaintiff personal injury firm in Manhattan’s Financial District is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to work fully in office, Monday through Friday. The paralegal will support a mixed caseload, including motor vehicle accident and premises liability matters, with bilingual Spanish skills considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
- Provide end-to-end case support and litigation support.
- Draft legal and case-related documents.
- Communicate with clients throughout case progression.
- Support matters involving motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of plaintiff-side personal injury law experience.
- Legal research and legal document preparation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective client communication skills.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
