This outpatient care position involves providing rehabilitative services to patients in various healthcare settings, including inpatient rehab, acute care, and outpatient clinics. The role requires developing treatment plans aimed at reducing pain, restoring function, and promoting mobility, with a focus on preventive care and wellness-oriented programs. Job Details Position Description: Physical therapists are licensed healthcare professionals who assist patients in reducing pain and improving mobility. They develop individualized treatment plans to promote movement, manage conditions, and prevent disability. Physical therapists also design fitness and wellness programs for healthier lifestyles. Shift Time and Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, with a schedule that includes two weekend shifts per month. Minimum of 40 hours per week. Required Qualifications: AZ license, BLS certification, at least 1 year of experience in inpatient rehab, skilled nursing unit (SNU), or acute care settings. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system. Additional Information: Will float to acute care as needed to support staffing.
