You'll make great coffee, but your bigger job is making every member feel at home. You'll learn names and orders, start conversations, and help turn a workplace into a community. This is a part-time role, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Some flexibility is required, as hours may vary depending on scheduled events.In This Role, You Will:Greet every member and guest warmly, and learn their names and usual ordersPrepare espresso drinks, drip coffee, tea, and other café items to a consistent, high standardDial in espresso daily and keep equipment clean and well maintainedSpark conversations and introduce members to each otherSupport community events, from morning coffee hours to evening socialsKeep the café clean, stocked, and invitingShare member feedback and ideas with the Community teamAs a Kiln Barista, You'll Need:At least 1 year of espresso experience, including milk steaming and latte artFood handler's permit (or willingness to get one)Experience in hospitality, events, or community rolesAt Kiln, you're not just running a workspace—you're building something meaningful.
