Seeking Program Manager with strong healthcare IT expertise to drive large-scale programs across payer, provider, and digital health initiatives. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-
functional delivery management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead program strategy, roadmap, and governance for healthcare technology
- initiatives.
- Oversee multi-project delivery (EHR/EMR, claims, interoperability, digital health).
- Manage budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely, compliant execution.
- Partner with executives, business, and technology leaders for alignment and reporting.
- Drive team leadership, PMO best practices, and stakeholder communication.
- 15+ years of program/project management, with 5+ in healthcare.
- Proven success managing enterprise-scale, multi-million-dollar programs.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT (EHR/EMR, HL7, FHIR, claims, HIPAA
- compliance).
- Expertise in Agile/SAFe and traditional PMO methods.
- PMP/PgMP/SAFe certification preferred.
