We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, researching buyer opportunities, and developing strategic marketing efforts to maximize property exposure. Compensation:$52,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Source and qualify investors for company properties
- Market properties through targeted strategies
- Create marketing materials and templates
- Research buyer criteria and purchasing patterns
- Find hedge fund buyers and acquisition contacts
- Maintain strong buyer relationships
- Educate turnkey buyers on available opportunities
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with a results-driven attitude
Remida Management LLC is approaching its 12-year anniversary and continues to expand nationwide. What began with just two employees buying and selling a few homes in St. Petersburg has grown into a team of over 20 professionals handling more than 200 transactions annually across the country.
