- Major Non-Profit Hospital System (Mobile, AL / Gulf Coast region)
- Automatically qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
- Patient-centered model: Expected to see 7 to 10 patients per day maximum
- $6,000 Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance
- High-acuity caseload: ICU, severe ortho trauma, neuro, stroke, and complex post-op
- Work on a massive, highly collaborative acute team with dedicated rehab support staff
- Extensive 8-to-12 week structured onboarding process paired with a dedicated senior preceptor
- Flexible scheduling: Open to 4x10s or 5x8s
- Weekend Rotation: Minimal coverage required (paid at a premium overtime rate)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) = 21+ days annually to start
- Full-time, permanent position
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Acute Care experience preferred (but strong new grads will be considered)
- Team player who adapts well to changing high-acuity caseloads
- Servant leader mindset
