About the Role We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and highly organized Client Success Specialist (CSS) to join our Client Success team! In this role, you'll work alongside our Client Success Managers to support new and existing clients throughout their digital marketing campaigns. You'll help keep communication, projects, and priorities moving while building strong relationships and creating an exceptional client experience. We're looking for someone who is a task killer, strong communicator, natural relationship builder, and proactive problem solver . Our Client Success team is collaborative, supportive, and genuinely enjoys working together toward the common goal of helping our clients succeed. What You'll Do Work closely with Client Success Managers to support new and existing clients Communicate regularly with clients and help maintain strong, long-term relationships Coordinate with internal teams to keep digital marketing campaigns and client priorities moving forward Help set and maintain clear expectations with clients Learn each client's business, goals, needs, and digital marketing strategy Proactively identify and help resolve client questions or concerns Celebrate client successes and help navigate frustrations or challenges Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and overall account success Identify potential opportunities for additional services that could benefit the client Continuously learn about digital marketing strategies, trends, and best practices Participate in weekly team meetings, team-building activities, and initiatives focused on improving our skills and client experience Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role Experience or familiarity with digital or internet marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Natural ability to connect with people and build relationships Proactive problem-solving skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and following through on details Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative Able to communicate professionally through both client successes and challenges Strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others Desire to continuously learn, grow, and put new knowledge into action Awesome company culture Autonomy and trust Health insurance Vision insurance Generous birthing and non-birthing parental leave Short-Term and Long-Term Disability insurance $50,000 Life Insurance Policy 15 days of accrued paid time off during your first year Discretionary PTO after your first year Paid VASA Fitness membership, or gym reimbursement for remote employees Two-week paid sabbatical plus a cash bonus after five years of employment Salary offered- $35K-$45K DOE Thank you for your interest in joining Upward Engine! #J-18808-Ljbffr Upward Engine
