Bookkeeper/ Office Manager

Bookkeeper Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable and proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks a must.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using double-entry bookkeeping methods.
- Process journal entries and reconcile accounts.
- Utilize QuickBooks software to manage financial transactions.
- Conduct account analysis and assist with financial reporting.
- Process Payroll, commission calculations.
- Record payments and make bank deposits.
- Weekly bill payments.
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting practices.
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles.
- Experience with QuickBooks software.
- Ability to perform accurate journal entries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial concepts.
- Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger accounting.
- Ability to analyze accounts and perform account reconciliations.
- Knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
