As a Restaurant Manager at The Boulevard Bar & Grille, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly every day. Here’s what you can expect to do:
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Lead, support, and develop our team to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Jump in where needed—whether it’s helping on the floor, in the kitchen, or with deliveries.
- Manage guest satisfaction and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
- Assist with event bookings and other opportunities to grow the business.

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, leadership, and a can-do attitude to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
- A calm and collected demeanor, even in a busy environment.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences and motivating a team.
