Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you are the friendly face that greets and serves our customers. You’ll be part of a brand that puts people first and strives to make every day brighter. What You’ll Do Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously. Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep the coffee station clean and organized. Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and age verification for restricted products. Ensure stores are well-stocked, shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting. Help keep stores clean and safe by following all policies and procedures. Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation. Enjoy working in a team environment. The hourly range for this position is $17.25 - $21.25 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. A $1.50 shift differential applies for hours between 12am-6am.
