- # Operations ManagerApplylocations: Duxburytime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Yesterdayjob requisition id: REQ-2026-4186NRT Bus, Inc.**Responsibility Profile:*** Manage daily and long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals.* Coordinate different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities.* Assess and analyze departmental budgets to find ways to minimize expenses and optimize profits.* Inspire and motivate employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives.* Communicate with senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects.* Identify potential problems and points of friction and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue.* Identify opportunities to expand or shift course to take advantage of changes in the market.* Perform other duties as assigned.**Qualifications*** Three (3) years of transportation management experience.* One (1) year of supervisory experience.* High school diploma.**Details:*** In person, Monday to Friday in timeframe of 5:30am to 6pm* Location: Abington Area* Salary range: $90-80K/annually
