You’ll spend your time building relationships with business owners, identifying new growth opportunities, structuring financing solutions, and collaborating with internal partners to deliver an exceptional client experience. From prospecting new clients to guiding transactions from origination to closing, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses succeed while contributing to the continued growth of TBK Bank.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow commercial banking relationships through networking, referrals, and community involvementGenerate new business opportunities and achieve loan, deposit, and fee income goalsStructure and manage commercial lending solutions including C&I loans, commercial real estate loans, lines of credit, and equipment financingPartner with Treasury Management, SBA, Factoring, and other internal teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutionsManage the full client relationship lifecycle from prospecting through closing and ongoing portfolio managementEvaluate client financials, industry trends, and capital needs to identify opportunities and manage riskPresent credit opportunities to leadership and credit committees with sound business judgmentMonitor portfolio performance, renewals, covenant compliance, and relationship profitabilityMaintain strong knowledge of banking products, policies, and regulatory requirementsServe as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the TBK Bank brand within the business communityCollaborate with lending, underwriting, loan administration, and retail banking teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related experience preferred5+ years of commercial banking experience with a strong focus on relationship management and business developmentProven success generating commercial loans and depositsExperience structuring and managing commercial credit transactionsStrong financial analysis and credit underwriting skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilitiesSelf-motivated with strong sales and prospecting skillsAbility to manage a pipeline while maintaining an existing portfolioProficiency with Microsoft Office productsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBenefits & PerksCompetitive compensation based on experience and skill levelMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) retirement planOpportunity to work with a collaborative and growth-focused teamSupportive company culture built on teamwork, innovation, and client successAbout TBK BankTBK Bank, SSB, a subsidiary of Triumph Bancorp, Inc., is a Texas-state savings bank headquartered in Dallas.
