An elite AmLaw 25 firm with a Silicon Valley office sits at the center of some of the most consequential technology transactions in the market. The Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions practice advises leading technology companies, AI developers, life sciences firms, and financial institutions on complex strategic transactions across domestic and cross-border contexts.

The Role

The group handles technology-intensive M&A, joint ventures, collaborations, licensing, and strategic partnerships spanning artificial intelligence, software, data, digital infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and emerging technologies. The team is seeking a senior associate in the Class of 2019 to 2021 based in Silicon Valley. Associates work directly with senior partners on high-profile, market-defining transactions and carry meaningful client-facing responsibility.

Qualifications

Candidates should have BigLaw experience in technology and intellectual property transactions, a demonstrated interest in guiding and developing junior lawyers, a strong academic record, and current placement at an AmLaw 25 firm or comparable platform. California bar admission or eligibility preferred.
