- Greet and assist patients both in-person and over the phone, registration, and inquiries.
- Verify patient insurance and demographic information accurately.
- Provide strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Managing patient flow.
- Collect necessary paperwork and coordinate with various departments for patient care.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient questions or issues.
- 1-2 years of Medical Insurance verification experience required.
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in the medical field required.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required within sixty (60) days from start date.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience with MS Office, EMR/EPM systems.
- MUST be flexible with schedule; including day, evening, weekend hours, and holidays per facility needs.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
