Company Description The anticipated base salary range for this position is $75,000 -$90,000. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan. Cape Cod Hand & Upper Extremity Therapy is an outpatient rehabilitation practice that specializes in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. Job Description Cape Cod Hand & Upper Extremity Therapy is looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide coverage in our outpatient clinic. Assess patients to with hand and upper extremity conditions to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the appropriate upper extremity rehabilitation interventions, including post-surgical and conservative care Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, weekly workers' compensation reports, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports Qualifications Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required Additional Information Employment as a Physical Therapist with Cape Cod Hand & Upper Extremity Therapy includes: Highly competitive salary Highly competitive benefits package Including health, dental, vision Generous Paid Time Off 401k retirement plan, disability, and life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Corporate discount plans Continuing education reimbursement High level advancement opportunities for experienced Certified Hand Therapists A formalized mentoring process for young hand therapists Reimbursement for fees associated with Board Clinical Specialty Certification Significant continuing education reimbursement Infinite opportunities for future professional growth in clinical excellence and leadership We are proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
