Kitchen Manager
A high-volume, full-service restaurant is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead back-of-house operations and ensure consistent execution in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for developing culinary teams, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and driving operational performance through strong leadership and accountability. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and is passionate about building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
3+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Strong knowledge of food safety, inventory management, scheduling, and labor controls Proven ability to train, coach, and develop back-of-house team members Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in executing a Scratch Kitchen
Qualifications
Experience in casual dining or sports bar restaurant concepts Track record of improving kitchen efficiency, food quality, and cost performance Strong understanding of food cost, waste reduction, and operational execution Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to consistency, accountability, and team development
