As a Service BDC Associate, you will be highly trained to work with customers over the phone, email and chat to assist customers regarding their vehicle and recall needs, making appointments for clients, handling desk calls, correspondences and attending to customers. Ongoing training with Spitzer University Opportunities for advancement - we love to promote from within the organization! 401K with a 5% employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off - 80 hours after 1 year of service Paid uniforms and name badges Employee assistance program Voluntary benefits include: life insurance, short and long-term disability, accident coverage, hospital indemnity, company-paid life insurance with medical coverage and HSA with employer contribution ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate professionally via phone and email on a regular basis following up phone calls to service customers Answer phone calls and respond to caller inquiries regarding service appointments and recall needs Maintain professional and outgoing demeanor with customer base to build rapport by asking engaging questions and actively listening for key concerns/motivations Utilize contact management program to update customer files with proper notes of contact, emails sent, information/calls received, etc. Maintain a basic knowledge of product line and current offers/incentives Performs other related duties as assigned Position Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Prior dealership service BDC experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent Outgoing, upbeat personality with excellent interpersonal skill Self-starter who is internally motivated to achieve established performance goals Proficiency with windows based computer programs Critical thinking skills and professional judgment Reliable transportation and attendance Must be authorized to work in the United States.
