Job Description Overview JOB SPECIFICS: Dynamic Endocrinology practice expanding and seeking an additional BC/BE physician to join the practice. Join two Endocrinologists, five advanced practice providers, four diabetic educators, a device technician, and dedicated support staff who work collaboratively to provide expert-level care in diabetes and general endocrine medicine Outpatient practice with minimal 1:7 call General clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm with flexibility Beautiful new office, featuring an onsite lab and pharmacy, located near OSF Saint Francis Medical Center, OSF Innovation Jump Simulation & Education Center, the new OSF Cancer Center, and downtown Peoria. Lead learning experiences for residents through an academic appointment as core faculty in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Peoria. Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable. Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges. Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
