We specialize in treatment-focused bodywork, injury recovery, chronic pain management, and restorative deep tissue—never rushed and never high-volume. We are not a corporate chain and never will be. Our therapists work with a loyal referral-based community and collaborate with local physicians, chiropractors, and naturopathic providers. With growing demand—and an upcoming 8+ week medical leave for the owner in early 2026—we’re adding an experienced LMT who can step into a full schedule with autonomy, support, and a healthy work-life balance. • 40–$45/hr hands-on (DOE)

Tips accepted Paid time off ~10 sessions/week with room to grow Additional 10–15 sessions/week available Feb–Apr 2026 during medical leave Full administrative support (supplies, scheduling, billing, insurance verification, laundry) Opportunities for leadership, specialty offerings, and clinical collaboration Responsibilities Provide customized, therapeutic 60-minute sessions Deliver treatment-based massage using clinical reasoning Maintain accurate, clear SOAP notes Collaborate with clients and other healthcare providers when appropriate Offer exceptional care aligned with Your Healthy Karma’s values Requirements 3–5 years of experience minimum ( 10+ years preferred ) Strong foundation or interest in treatment-based work+ Excellent communication and rapport-building skills Reliable, ethical, and self-directed Professional liability insurance Currently Offered Services We currently provide a range of therapeutic and clinical modalities. Candidates who are comfortable offering any of the following will integrate seamlessly into our existing service menu: Treatment-based and medical massage Myofascial release Deep tissue Sports massage Lymphatic drainage Rossiter stretching We also welcome candidates who bring complementary specialties such as craniosacral therapy, cupping, Shiatsu, Trauma Touch, or visceral manipulation (VM), though these are not required.
