Sr. Regulatory Attorney

Senior/Staff Regulatory Counsel - Regulated Utilities | Midwest US (Missouri-focused) A large, multi-state regulated utility is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel to support its electric, gas, and water operating companies across several Midwest and South-Central states. The Role Reporting to the VP/Associate General Counsel, you will serve as the primary in-house subject matter expert on utility regulatory law - handling rate cases, FERC matters, tariff review, and regulatory filings across multiple state commissions. You'll work directly with leadership, regulatory teams, and operational business units, and will represent the company before state and federal regulatory bodies. Beyond core regulatory work, the role spans capital project strategy, M&A due diligence support, commercial contracts, governance, and outside counsel management.
