Job Responsibilities:Assertively and cheerfully perform or ensure performance of any and all activities necessary to improve and maintain the highest possible experience for the customerAcknowledge and greet each showroom visitorAnswer all incoming calls with a professional and friendly voiceCommunicate with callers in an efficient manner, minimizing time they are put on holdTake messages, forward calls, etc.Provide basic information to callers who have general questions (address, hours, etc.)Other duties as assignedJob Qualifications:Pleasant and engaging phone personaProfessional personal appearanceMust speak clearly on the telephone and convey an image of professionalism and competence to callersStrong communication skillsTeam oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
