Xray Shooter - Aerospace Manufacturing (2nd Shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm) Consolidated Precision Products Corp (CPP) in Cudahy, CA, is currently seeking an X‑ray Level 1 to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This full‑time, non‑management position reports to the Operations Supervisor. Hourly rate: $20–$21 DOE plus shift differential, with heavy overtime opportunities. Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. Responsibilities Work in conjunction with other NDT team members Perform proper warm‑up and system performance checks of NDT equipment Maintain daily and monthly logs and applicable records to assure traceability of components Participate in NDT system, customer, internal and NADCAP audits as needed Work under darkroom red light, sort radiographs, and supply shooters with film Occasionally perform radiography of castings when needed Assist in training and developing others within the team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency certificate 2+ years of experience as a trainee/Level 1 technician Radiography Level I certification in line with ASNT TC‑1A/NAS‑410 Darkroom and processing techniques proficiency Knowledge of AMS, AWS/ASME, ASTM standards Basic computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel Preferred: 2+ years NDT experience Benefits Competitive compensation with heavy overtime opportunities, a quarterly bonus program, comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid vacation, sick time, and holidays.
