Senior Tax Accountant | Chicago Area (Fully Onsite to Start) | Top 200 CPA Firm Locations (choose your office): Elk Grove Village (HQ) I’m currently partnering with a growing, mid‑size CPA and advisory firm (160+ employees, 30 Partners) to add a Senior Tax Accountant to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build toward long-term partnership in a collaborative, high-growth environment. About the Role: Title: Senior Tax Accountant Experience: 3+ years in public accounting CPA: Pursuing required Compensation: $105,000 – $115,000 + overtime (time and a half) Schedule: 40 hours off-season | 55–60 hours during busy season All tax professionals are brought in as generalists to build broad exposure across industries Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Overtime paid year-round (including busy season) Clear path to partnership with strong leadership exposure 100% covered medical and vision premiums plus dental 4+ weeks PTO , increasing with tenure 401(k) with profit sharing Exposure to a variety of industries (excluding public companies and government) Work Model: Fully onsite to start with a strong mentorship-focused environment Transition to hybrid flexibility after at least one busy season Interview Process: All interviews can be completed virtually for speed and convenience About the Firm: A full-service accounting and consulting organization providing tax, audit, valuation, retirement plan services, and strategic consulting, with a strong emphasis on innovation and client service.
