Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Bachelor's Degree

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirement
• Coverage area includes a 60-mile radius around Albuquerque, NM
• Home health setting with skilled care provided in patients homes
• Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient
