Director, Talent Acquisition

About the Role At Lattice, our People team is a collaborative, business-oriented partner to leaders across the company. We work across disciplines to solve meaningful people and business challenges with rigor, thoughtfulness, and care. We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our Recruiting function and serve on the People & Enterprise Systems Leadership Team. Reporting to the Chief People & Operations Officer, you will partner closely with leaders across Lattice to attract and hire exceptional talent while delivering an efficient, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will own Lattice’s recruiting strategy, operations, team, and execution. This is both a strategic and hands-on role: setting the direction for Talent Acquisition while coaching the team, advising executives and hiring managers, using data to improve outcomes, and directly leading critical searches when needed. You will ensure our systems, processes, and resources meet the business’s needs today and evolve as Lattice grows. What You Will Do - Set and execute Lattice’s talent acquisition strategy, aligned to company goals, workforce plans, and business priorities. - Lead, coach, and develop our recruiting team, fostering a high-trust, high-accountability culture with clear expectations, regular feedback, and ownership for quality, efficiency, and stakeholder partnership. - Partner with executives, hiring managers, Finance, and People Partners to turn workforce plans into clear hiring strategies and decisions. - Use recruiting data and quality-of-hire insights to improve sourcing, assessment, interview, selection, and closing practices; report progress, pipeline health, and risks to leadership. - Reimagine recruiting approaches for an AI-driven hiring market, increasing talent density while improving efficiency and decision quality. - Lead senior, executive, and business-critical searches directly as needed, including managing search-firm partnerships when appropriate. - Ensure an inclusive, efficient, and high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams. - Build proactive, diverse talent pipelines and strengthen Lattice’s employer brand in partnership with Marketing and People leadership.

- Own and optimize the recruiting budget, technology stack, processes, and vendor relationships. - Develop and scale AI-enabled workflows that streamline recruiting operations and improve hiring decisions. - Contribute to broader People strategy and connect recruiting with onboarding, performance, development, and the employee lifecycle. What You Will Bring to the Table - Significant talent acquisition experience, including leading and developing high-performing in-house recruiting teams. - Experience leading recruiting in a dynamic software company with targeted, business critical hiring. - Deep expertise across the recruiting lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, assessment, offers, and closing. - A track record of modernizing talent acquisition through strong strategy, operational rigor, technology, and AI-enabled workflows. - Ability to communicate with different audiences and a track record of advising and influencing senior leaders. - A data-driven approach to improving recruiting performance and hiring outcomes. - Sound business judgment and the ability to balance talent strategy with company priorities and constraints. - A hands-on leadership style that moves comfortably between strategy, people leadership, and execution. - GTM recruiting experience and a track record of partnering with leaders across revenue-generating teams is strongly preferred. --- #LI-remote The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $198,500 - $248,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
