Family Access Center in Sioux City is seeking a Substance Use Disorder/Addictions Counselor to join our Sioux City office. The role provides assessments, treatment planning, and individual and group therapy, with duties including discharge planning and insurance authorizations.

This position offers a $4,500 sign-on bonus paid in three installments, the possibility to earn up to $1,500 more monthly based on productivity after 90 days, and a schedule that includes evenings.
